Beryl Young
Author of Would Someone Please Answer the Parrot! Beryl is the author of three best-selling books – Follow the Elephant, Charlie: A Home Child’s Life in Canada and Wishing Star Summer. Her books have received many award nominations, and she won the 2010 Silver Moonbeam Award, 2010 and the 2012 Chocolate Lily Award for the best B.C. novel. Would Someone Please Answer the Parrot! is Beryl’s first picture book.
