Tina Powell
Tina Powell is an award-winning author of numerous picture books, including Hi! I'm the New Baby, Peter's Poofect Pet, and Samantha's Silly-icious Sandwiches. Her book Fernando's Fun-tastic Friends puts the fun into fitness and was selected by the Canadian Children’s Book Centre as a Best Book for Kids & Teens. She is also the author of the highly popular Freddy and the Blue Jays (Big Fat Pen Publishing) featuring the Toronto Blue Jays baseball club. She is a member of Canadian Children’s Book Centre and CANSCAIP. Tina is available for school visits, book signings, writing workshops and presentations.
